Despite this success, we still gave room to feedback from our merchants on what else we need to do to improve their experience on ClanePOS. The constructive feedback we got was what the Clane team made use of to relaunch a refined version of ClanePOS.
So, what’s new on ClanePOS 3.0?
Improved Onboarding: We have streamlined the onboarding flow for new users to sign up and existing users to log in seamlessly.
Improved KYC Verification Process: Enhanced personal and business verification process to ensure precision, efficiency, and a straightforward experience.
Redesigned User Interface and Experience: We improved the User Interface of the mobile application and merchant dashboard to make it easier to navigate.
Improved Sales Collection Flow: Enhanced steps to collect payments via any method, including card payments.
Multi-User feature: We have improved the flow for creating and activating sub-accounts. Merchants can seamlessly create sub-accounts and assign to staff for payment collection under their main account and manage all the activities from collections to settlement on all sub-accounts through their merchant dashboard.
Withdrawals and Settlement Service Upgraded: Improved withdrawal and settlement structure. We’ve also integrated with third-party services such as NIBBS to enhance the efficiency and speed of the withdrawal process. Merchants also have an overview of all the funds that have been withdrawn and settled into their account.
Help and Support: We have provided various avenues for merchants to reach the help and support team to communicate any issues that might have occurred during onboarding, completion of KYC, transaction issues, etc.
